How to return or exchange a product?
How do I return an item?
1 Go to the online returns section and register your return.
2 Affix the returns label that you’ll find inside the package. Take the package to the UPS Access Point.
3 You will receive your refund within 10 days.
How do I exchange an item?
1 Go to the online returns section and register your exchange.
2 Affix the returns label that you’ll find inside the package and drop it off at the UPS Access Point you have selected.
3 Your new order will arrive within 7–8 working days from when you drop off the package.
4 REMEMBER: You can request a change in size or colour for the same model. If you want to request a different model, you must return the item and make a new order.
